This design maintains a constant operating temperature during filtration, preventing the liquid from solidifying or crystallizing due to temperature drops—especially critical for high-viscosity fluids and cold environments.

Compared to standard bag filters, our design significantly improves flow rate, reduces clogging risks, and lowers pressure drop. It also helps maintain product quality by ensuring the filtrate meets the temperature requirements of downstream processes.

Our jacketed filter housings are available in both single-bag and multi-bag configurations, crafted from 304 or 316L stainless steel, with customizable jacket connections, pressure ratings, and insulation layers.
